(1) Le nom de ce poilu né à [[Coulanges les Nevers|<u>Coulanges-lès-Nevers</u>]] le 9 mars 1893 et domicilié à [[Myennes|<u>Myennes</u>]] figure désormais sur le monument aux morts. Il a été dévoilé lors d'une cérémonie-hommage le 11 novembre 2015.<br> Son père Alphonse, qui fut d'abord instituteur à [[Coulanges les Nevers|<u>Coulanges-lès-Nevers</u>]] puis à [[Myennes|<u>Myennes</u>]], est allé chercher le cercueil de son fils en 1921 en Serbie.<br> L'inhumation a lieu au cimetière Jean-Gautherin à [[Nevers|<u>Nevers</u>]]. Un discours d'éloge est prononcé par le [[Myennes maires|<u>maire</u>]] de [[Myennes|<u>Myennes</u>]].<br> La petite-nièce de ce dernier retrouve le discours en 2014 dans ses archives et prend contact avec le [[Myennes maires|<u>maire</u>]] de [[Myennes|<u>Myennes</u>]]. Jean Crochet ne figure ni sur le [[Myennes monument aux morts|<u>monument aux morts</u>]] de [[Myennes|<u>Myennes</u>]] ni sur celui de Coulanges-lès-Nevers.<br> L'oubli est désormais réparé.<br><br>
